Returns

We're proud to be selling high-quality products and hope you'll enjoy using them. However, we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought in error.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used as many items such as our uniforms cannot be returned once used.

We also recommend that you keep your invoice which we send with your items as this is required for any after sales enquiry or returns.

All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make a special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner that it was received.

This is put in place to allow you a closer inspection of the item you bought at a distance. It also allows us to be able to re-sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new then we cannot issue a refund.

It is important that you know that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems created through misuse or lack of care.

If an item requires installing we will not take any responsibility if the item is damaged whilst being installed. Please note that our original postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. The cost of transporting the returned item to us is at the buyer’s expense.

We are happy to swap unsuitable items – just post the goods back to us unused and in their original packaging. All we ask is that you contribute to our postage costs will are generally around $6.00 for smaller items and $12.00 for larger items.
